HASSLE FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES!
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have two weeks from the time the item is received by you.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in new, unworn and unused condition.
To start the exchange, you must contact us at info@kidactivist.shop within 14 days of item receipt. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please utilize a tracking method for shipping. Items not received by us cannot be exchanged.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on masks due to the nature of these.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept return or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.
Store Credit
For situations where we are unable to process an exchange due to the new item size not being available, we may provide you with store credit or the option to substitute a different (similar/equivalent) item, at our discretion. Store credit will be issued via a gift card and the details will be provided via email.
